We founded Yatstay as a way to make yachts more affordable for owners (including ourselves) and to offer travelers an original place to stay. We also want to breathe more life into marinas. Yachts can simultaneously host guests and sail when owners want to.
We spent 2017 assembling a specialized marketing, hosting, IT and maintenance team able to makes hosting on yachts fun for guests, and hassle-free for yacht owners. We’ve made sure that we are properly licensed, and we’re insured and equipped beyond the legal requirements. In 2018 we launched in Lisbon and Cascais (Portugal) with our own three yachts. So far in 2019 we’ve enrolled two more yachts in Lisbon, and are planning to launch in new destinations soon.
