We founded Yatstay to make yachts more affordable for owners (including us) and to offer travelers an original place to stay. We also want to breathe more life into marinas.
We spent 2017 assembling a team with the needed marketing, hosting, IT and maintenance skills to make yatstays fun for guests, and hassle-free for owners. We’ve made sure we are properly licensed, and insured and equipped beyond the legal requirements. In 2018 we launched in Lisbon and Cascais, in Portugal, with our own three yachts, and by 2020 we had enrolled 7 yachts. COVID-19 slowed us down of course, but we’re now re-enrolling yachts.
